Tactics such as bringing in a QC at £5,000 a day for a simple parking tribunal over a £60 ticket have been used in an attempt to force the campaigner to drop the case.
However, permission was granted in June 2009 for a full, two-day hearing which takes place on 18th and 19th May in the High Court, London.
